Are you frightened? Of what? Of life? It happens to us all, but if you feel this emotional state constantly it will exhaust you. When people express feeling anxious or in a panic, fear is certainly at the core. The question is always about discovering what the center of the fear is based upon.
People talk about getting the blues over the Christmas holidays. People like me typically write about the ways to get through it and rarely about the root causes of it. I’ve had an epiphany. The holidays are something we learn from little on to become excited about, to anticipate. We want to feel the joy,
