In a traditional environment of intelligence testing, o.1% of the population falls into the category of genius. However, that doesn’t mean that everyone else doesn’t have unique qualities that are absolute genius i.e., incredibly outstanding and impressive in some regard. We each possess talents, insights, skills, and emotions that take us into a place within our abilities that allow us to feel, think, and express.

The question is–what are you doing to tap into your best dimension of who you are, who you were created to be?

Are you willing to open the door to your best self? It is a bit of a puzzle–there is mystery and intrigue and many pieces.unlock puzzleWhat are you interested in? What are you willing to invest in order to make the discovery?

What captures your attention and ignites your spirit?

What absorbs your thoughts more than any other topic or activity? What happens to your brain and your mood when you’re happily engaged?the brainYou owe it to yourself to contemplate these questions and to be fairly quick to respond without overanalyzing the so called value of what you are drawn to. The answers lie deep within your brain, you need to tap into them.

Why?

Your own unique brand of genius is about the strength that lies within you, it is who you are at your best core self. When you are a step away from all of it, you are missing out on your own greatness, your own ultimate wellbeing in the most wholistic way.

In my book, Build the Strength Within, I introduce well-known author Michael Gelb who has what I consider to be a fabulous mind and personality. He is impressively curious about how best to live this life productively and fully engaged–much like me. He has studied Leonardo da Vinci extensively and has written about the man and his incredible habits and ideas in his international best seller How to Think Like Leonardo Da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day. I have been profoundly inspired, we have much to learn from both of them and the process is not difficult, you just need to begin. Do not procrastinate, just begin.

One of the habits that Michael Gelb learned from Leonardo that he encourages us to engage in is — to write, sketch, doodle, and draw all day and every day. This is what Leonardo did. He always had a notebook of some sort in hand and he never missed recording a thought.

Think now for a moment about all the times you had a good idea but had so many interruptions between the time of insight to writing it, that it simply evaporated. Stop that now. Capture your great ideas, get to realize the beauty of your own mind and genius by discovering it and remembering it!

My book provides plenty of open space for you to write, sketch, and draw . . . I invite you download your Kindle copy or get your hard copy out and begin right now. If you have neither, just grab what pad of paper you have and a favorite writing utensil and begin to take it with you everywhere.

One of his essential findings is the observation of what are entitled:

Don’t dismiss what Leonardo brought to his through his imagination, his own creative genius:paris-august-mona-lisa-italian-artist-leonardo-da-vinci-louvre-museum-august-paris-france-40270810leonardo vitruvian manTerje-JohansenIcopyhttp://www.dreamstime.com/stock-images-tread-wheel-machine-gun-l-da-vinci-d-render-crossbow-designed-leonardo-image35628044http://www.dreamstime.com/royalty-free-stock-photo-ornithopter-flying-machine-leonardo-da-vinci-image21903315And there is so much more….what lies inside that head of yours?
