I do. I begin by giving thanks every single day for what I have and it includes:
the ability to see;
to hear;
to smell;
to feel;
to move;
and to do so without assistance of machinery or paid helpers or loved ones who have elected to pitch in as care providers. Although I am a work in progress with an ambition to be more svelt and limber, I am healthy and vibrant and alive and happy.
I have been raised to be productive and helpful and happy and I have bought into that. I also have found that my heart and my mind and my spirit are invested in it. There is so much goodness to see and to share. I continue to read and talk and learn and create tools for myself and my beloveds and then to share beyond my inner circle with everyone averting their attention in my direction.
When you Blueprint the ideas you have for your life, when you map out what you crave, you think in that direction, you create opportunities that you only thought you could dream about — and then you realize that dreaming is a part of creating and making it all happen. Life here is about a certain element of trust. And it is also about many things that we embrace in this life experience that are universally important for a human being to know, to feel within their heart about. Our best life begins with our inner strength; we need to sit and reflect and believe in it and then work to know it and cultivate it. We are framers in our life — we will reap what we we sew.
