As Kelli and I are sitting here in the warmth of her home, we are talking about this wonderful new alignment we have with one another, not so new really because we have been studying together and honing our professional skills for months and spending time studying and talking about how best to use what we know to be of service to others — you are among the others. We love people.
It’s not enough however just to love, not in the positions of our spirits where we sit, craving ways to lift your spirits, have you feel healthy in your tummy, fitting into your favorite jeans, having your face smiling back at you when you catch your reflection in the mirror. So many of you, and sometimes, we, are feeling angst…….fear, even anger at where it is we are in this life and in this body.
We love you and want you feeling something different, something you have indeed known before — happiness. Happy gives rise to healthy and that allows for genuine well-being.
So what’s the magic formula?
It’s all in your head.
You are in control of what it is that you think and how it is that you feel. Yes, there are influences on you, things that interupt, that invite, and that tempt. However, those people, those foods, those activities…..all the things that either fuel you healthfully or rob you, they are your choices, your determinations based upon your thoughts. We can show you the tricks to gaining the control you know you have had and teach you to regain it and retain it. It’s very groovy–and highly effective!
Our approach, as you will discover each time you come here, is about covering all parts of our life experience. For instance, do you know that what you eat can influence your mood and your thoughts?
Right now, if you stop reading and go grab a stick of butter and eat the whole thing melted over a big bowl of macaroni, do you know what the impact will be on you in about 30 minutes?
