Manage your stress and spread happiness

Wringing your hands won’t do you much in the way of anything productive, we all actually know this. I think it is an old habit someone started when they wanted to hold the hand of a loved one but no one was there. It might have started as a way to provide a bit of self comfort but when it becomes a habit, its troublesome because it is one of those coping mechanisms that doesn’t lead to a solution.

Solutions are always easier than what we think they ought to be. I posted this on Pinterest and have had more communication than almost anything else we’ve done. Simple, easy, happy.
