Balance Your Life

 Our lives are busy – whether you are at home with your kids or out in the work force as an employee or entrepreneur or you are in search of what to do – it’s busy. It’s busy because we have lots going on in our head and what takes place there either makes us feel great or makes us feel sick. We feel sort of sick when we feel lost, somehow out of touch with our own self and what it is we really want to be doing.

What to do? Don’t stress — relax, take a few simple actions.

3 easy steps:

  1. Focus your thoughts on how much balance you have daily – balance means you feel good about it.

         2. Use the idea of a Blueprint as a tool – think of building your life like you are building your dream house – where do you want to   focus your energy today? Think of each part of your life as though it were in a room in your home that you want to pay attention to and have it be as comfortable and as impressive as you dream it to be.

           3.  Be intentional, devote the time and the energy to where you instinctively feel the need to.
