When I first came to the web more than 3 decades ago, it was a mysterious landscape that seemed like a sticky place here spiders would reside. Indeed it is and has evolved to stick to us all. If you are going to survive out here and then thrive, it is essential to know the language of this vast universe.

My life’s work is as a psychologist, even before I earned the Master and Doctoral degrees. I value people and love humanity — with all our flaws and irritations. I know that I strive to understand human beings and their behaviors. Tough to do. We are a complex species and in the same breath, I can believe we are so very simple. We want love and support and understanding. We need to learn however, how to cope with the stress of the world, basic stress management is a theme for me daily and all across the day. Stress management can be best thought of as having a healthy perspective, one that keeps you fresh and open to believing that all that takes place is an opportunity of some sort — to learn, to see, to go deeper into your mind and heart to understand the why behind whatever comes your way.

Others talk about my style as a motivational speaker — I do indeed put my energy into getting you up and moving and making life a happening experience, not a regretful one.
