The idea for Partners In Excellence LLC was developed by founder Dr. Deb Carlin and based upon her proven method for achievement. Dr. Carlin has a methodology for listening, watching, engaging, talking, and then making recommendations while working side by side with individuals to ensure their growth and success – personally and professionally. Her process has provided countless success stories, propelling each person into a zone of performance that meets high expectations. One client and close friend took note, naming her "the partner in excellence" and transitioning the company from The Whole Health Institute, Inc. into a much larger vision and offering.
