As Dr Carlin works with clients, she encourages them to realize the depth and breadth of their knowledge and intuition -- everyone has great internal wisdom and strength, it is a matter of tapping into it and expanding it.

At Partners In Excellence LLC, the philosophy and methodology is to be smart, sensible, utilize what science teaches us and balance that with what is based upon experience. The blending makes for a winning formula that has meant decades of success stories for clients, patients, audience members, and associates who have taken the steps to experience the Partners In Excellence approach.

In 2012 a new program emerged based on Dr. Deb Carlin’s book Build The Strength Within (BSW), and her related work. Audience members who attend the full program to completion earn a certificate that pronounces they are a Partner In Excellence. As such, they are entitled to perks such as:
